This notice describes how Strong Plant Equipment Renting L.L.C – S.P.C (“Strong Plant”, “we”, “our”) handles personal data collected via this website.

What we collect

This website is a static brochure site. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party social pixels. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send via:

The “Request a quote” form — which composes a message in your local email client (or WhatsApp). The form does not transmit data to any server; only your chosen send-channel does.
Direct emails to our team (e.g. [email protected]).
Phone calls to 800-PLANT.

How we use it

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope a quote, or fulfil a contract. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this site is used — which pages are visited, and which enquiry buttons (quote form, WhatsApp, phone, email) are clicked. This tells us which of our equipment and power pages are useful and where our enquiries come from. Google sets cookies on your device for this purpose and processes the data as our processor; IP addresses are truncated before storage. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser — the site works exactly the same either way.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are retained for as long as commercially relevant (typically up to 24 months) so we can respond to follow-ups. Customer records are retained for the duration of any active contract and for the period required by UAE statutory record-keeping rules.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
